IT & Digital Transformation Programme Lead

About the role

Trent & Dove is seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Programme Lead to drive the next phase of its technology strategy. You will shape and execute a comprehensive IT transformation roadmap that enhances efficiency, service delivery and data excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the IT transformation strategy.
• Improve operational efficiency, service delivery and data quality for internal teams and external customers.
• Build, mentor and expand a dedicated transformation team, providing hands‑on technical support during the early stages.
• Oversee integration of D365/CRM, self‑serve portals, Power BI dashboards and SharePoint solutions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience in IT transformation programmes.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Excellent collaborative communication skills.
• Technical background enabling hands‑on involvement when required.
