IT Pricing Administrator – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an Administrator to join our Pricing team within the IT division at PureGym in Leeds. The role will support pricing changes across multiple markets, ensuring accurate configuration in our member system.

Key responsibilities

• Implement system changes for new gyms, defining timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Create, manage and document discounts, membership codes and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain “Coming Soon” and “Pre‑sale” club promotions and update the member system with pricing configurations.
• Validate, schedule and prepare club price changes, communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Set up additional member access for planned or urgent closures.
• Investigate and resolve configuration issues that impact the business.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ownership of performance and proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
