Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Informed Solutions is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary agile teams delivering high‑impact digital transformation programmes for public‑sector clients. You will work from either our Altrincham (Manchester) or Westminster (London) office in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑performing agile teams to deliver complex digital products and services on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and internal specialists to design realistic, intelligent delivery plans that align with agile principles.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the Delivery Management Community of Practice by sharing knowledge, driving improvement and championing best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation programmes for public‑sector organisations.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams including design specialists, architects, engineers and QA testers.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
