IT Support Analyst – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join Aveni’s cloud‑first fintech environment on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling day‑to‑day technical issues across a suite of SaaS tools and ensuring secure, reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Google Workspace and SaaS applications such as Slack, Jira, and GitHub.
• Manage IT tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Handle joiner, mover, and leaver processes, including device provisioning and access rights.
• Configure, track, and maintain laptops and other assets using Mosyle and Apple Business Manager.
• Coordinate remote device logistics – shipping, repairs, and replacements.
• Administer user access across Google Workspace, Auth0, and related SaaS platforms.
• Assist with IT operations, security compliance, documentation, and process automation.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting ability, especially with Apple hardware.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in an IT support, help‑desk, or MSP setting.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and remote‑first work cultures.
