About the role
This part‑time, hybrid position offers an early‑career opportunity for a motivated individual to support a Glasgow‑based business with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Working under the Senior Administrator, you will gain practical experience in office operations while balancing remote and on‑site days.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter data and file documents both digitally and physically.
- Assist senior administrators with routine office duties and coordination.
- Manage basic email correspondence and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organised records and help prepare letters, reports, and other documents.
- Follow established administrative processes consistently.
Required profile
- Some exposure to office or administrative work (placements, internships, or work experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach.
- Ability to attend the Glasgow office on hybrid days and a stable home internet connection for remote work.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
