Kitchen and Waitstaff Team Member – Mablethorpe

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen and wait‑staff team at The Tavern in Mablethorpe. The role is part‑time and fast‑paced, serving both guests and locals in a busy seaside venue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and professionally.
• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic food preparation and support the kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the venue.
• Help ensure smooth service during peak periods, working both independently and as part of the wider team.

Required profile

• Positive, hardworking attitude with a smile.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holiday peaks.
• Previous hospitality or food‑service experience is helpful but not essential.
