About the role

The Kitchen Leader ensures consistent preparation of Pret’s delicious food while leading a team to deliver daily excellence. You will act as a role model, uphold Pret’s core values and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food to Pret’s high quality standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock counts and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with store managers to monitor shift performance and resolve issues quickly.
