About the role

The Kitchen Porter is an essential member of the kitchen team at Novotel London West, responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment while supporting chefs with daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all kitchen work areas.
• Wash and sanitize hotel crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and food‑service equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as cutting vegetables.
• Support overall kitchen service preparation as required.

Required profile

• Resilient with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Team‑oriented and supportive of colleagues.
• Approachable, positive and professional appearance.
• Experience in a similar role within a 4‑star hotel is a significant advantage.
