Kitchen Staff – Pub Kitchen Team

About the role

Join the busy kitchen team at The Liberty Bounds pub in London. No prior experience is required – we provide full training so you can develop the skills needed to prepare and cook food in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present menu items to specification.
• Operate kitchen workstations such as grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
• Rotate stock, store food safely and assist with kitchen clean‑downs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet time and quality targets.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly attitude.
• Willingness to learn and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Operation of grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Food hygiene and allergen handling.
• Health and safety compliance in a kitchen setting.
• Stock rotation and safe food storage.
