About the role
As a Kitchen Team Leader you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You will own the menu, drive food quality and train a motivated kitchen team. The role is based in a premium country pub environment.
Key responsibilities
- Train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high‑quality food.
- Support food ordering, preparation and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
- Manage the branded menu and achieve service targets.
Profile
- Passionate about food and delivering great service.
- Ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
- Committed to health and safety standards.
Required skills
- Experience in kitchen operations and menu management.
- Knowledge of food ordering and stock control processes.
- Understanding of health and hygiene regulations.
