About the role

Join the Kitchen Team at The Farmhouse, a popular village pub in New Waltham, Grimsby. As a Kitchen Team Member you will support the Head Chef, learn new hospitality skills, and help deliver high‑quality British dishes to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking to specification.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Oversee deliveries, stock taking and inventory management.
• Maintain and clean kitchen equipment.
• Offer suggestions to improve kitchen performance and help achieve company targets.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to support the Head Chef with orders and stock management.
