KS2 Supply Teacher – Flexible Daily Assignments

About the role
Randstad Education is looking for enthusiastic KS2 teachers to provide flexible, short‑term or longer‑term supply cover in primary schools across Birmingham. You will join a network of educators who can set their own availability and work in a variety of school environments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Provide differentiated support to meet the needs of all learners.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to new school settings and integrate seamlessly with existing staff.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote child welfare at all times.
Required profile
- Valid UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) teaching qualification.
- Minimum of one year experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference for children in Birmingham.
- Flexibility to work on a day‑by‑day basis according to personal availability.
Required skills
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp new information and adapt teaching approaches.
