Lead Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Trainer to join the Talent and Development function of a fast‑growing consulting firm in London. Working closely with consultants, programme leaders and senior stakeholders, you will design and deliver high‑impact learning interventions that drive both individual and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programmes and workshops for diverse audiences across multiple seniority levels.
• Create a high‑energy, inclusive learning environment aligned with the organisation’s culture and values.
• Coach participants to embed learning into day‑to‑day practice and provide actionable feedback.
• Mentor and support other trainers through observation, coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Champion consistency and excellence across all learning delivery and support trainer accreditation initiatives.
• Use participant feedback and evaluation data to continuously improve delivery approaches.
• Collaborate with Talent and Development teams to enhance programme content and learning materials.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand evolving capability requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training and facilitation within consulting, professional services or a corporate environment.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is advantageous.
