Human Resources Advisor – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join a leading luxury tour operator in London. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and will support managers and employees across three London offices. You will act as the trusted point‑of‑contact for employee relations, HRIS administration and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line advice on employee relations matters including probation, performance, conduct and family leave.
• Coach managers throughout the employee lifecycle and support recruitment, job description writing and candidate experience.
• Manage absence and long‑term sickness cases in a compliant manner.
• Interpret UK employment legislation and help develop policies, procedures and contracts.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support performance and engagement cycles.
• Administer benefits such as private medical insurance and salary‑sacrifice schemes.
• Facilitate DEI surveys and contribute to targeted engagement action plans.
• Support people strategy, learning & development rollout and broader organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Advisor.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling employee relations, absence management and recruitment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• HRIS administration.
