About the role

We are seeking a Lead/Senior AV Installation Engineer to join a leading AV integrator specialising in high‑end residential projects across London. You will be the on‑site technical authority, ensuring bespoke AV solutions are delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation teams and trades on residential AV projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Design, install and configure custom AV systems, including rack builds and home networking.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in high‑end residential AV installation.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication skills and client‑facing experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Crestron control systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Lutron lighting control.
• Custom AV installation, rack building and system programming.
• Home network configuration and integration.
