Legal Officer

About the role

You will join MHR’s Legal, Compliance and Data Protection function to build a strong foundation in commercial legal and contract management. Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, you will review, draft and advise on a wide range of contractual matters while gaining exposure to real‑world legal challenges across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and provide advice on commercial contracts and related documents.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Assist colleagues with legal and contractual queries on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Update and improve standard contract templates.
• Support Contracts Managers and senior legal professionals in risk analysis and negotiation preparation.
