Leisure Club Manager

About the role

As the Leisure Club Manager you will be the face of our state‑of‑the‑art gym, pool and spa facilities, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium fitness and relaxation experience. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales performance and uphold the high standards that make our clubs a benchmark in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Walk the gym floor daily, engaging with members and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver the club’s sales strategy, meeting revenue targets and promoting membership offers.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high‑performing leisure staff team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring health, safety and service standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with hotel management to integrate club services with overall guest experience.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for leisure, fitness and wellbeing.
• Expert knowledge of leisure operations, sales techniques and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of leisure centre management and sales processes.
