Logistics Coordinator – Fashion E‑Commerce, Retail & Bonded Warehouse

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage stock movement across outbound, inbound and return flows for a fashion e‑commerce and retail business, ensuring compliance with bonded warehouse and customs regulations while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments for e‑commerce orders and retail store replenishment, meeting SLAs and brand standards.
• Manage express parcel and last‑mile carriers (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS), monitor performance and resolve delivery issues.
• Oversee bonded warehouse operations, maintain duty‑paid/unpaid inventory records and ensure customs compliance.
• Support inbound supplier and production shipments, customs clearance and scheduling for launches.
• Handle e‑commerce and retail returns, grading, restocking and cost monitoring.
• Provide logistics support for new store openings, refits, visual merchandising rollouts and store‑to‑store transfers.
• Validate freight invoices and conduct carrier performance reviews.

Required profile

• 4+ years of logistics, supply chain or operations experience, preferably in fashion, e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Clear communication with internal teams, carriers and external partners.

Required skills

• Experience managing express parcel and courier services.
• Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and customs compliance (highly desirable).
• Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems, carrier portals and Excel.
