Logistics Seller Operations Project Intern – UK & EU

About the role

This internship supports TikTok Shop’s UK and EU logistics and seller operations. You will gain hands‑on experience in e‑commerce processes, market research, and data‑driven analysis while working closely with internal teams to improve seller performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on UK marketplace sellers, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist with seller onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor core business and seller KPIs, analyse data, and report insights.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Operations and other cross‑functional teams on seller‑related projects.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives, documentation and ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
