Low Code Engineer – Power Platform & Dynamics 365

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established, people‑first technology consultancy delivering digital transformation for UK public sector and enterprise organisations. As part of their growing Low Code practice they need Low Code Engineers (Power Platform & Dynamics 365) at senior and lead levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver low‑code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Define low‑code architecture, solution design and end‑to‑end delivery across all application layers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ALM processes for Power Platform or D365 environments.
• Work within Agile/XP delivery practices, collaborating iteratively and test‑driven.
• For lead roles: take technical ownership of projects, mentor junior engineers and manage delivery teams.
• Occasional travel to client sites (typically 1 day per week or month, project‑dependent).

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) or Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Proven experience in low‑code architecture, solution design and delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD, ALM and Agile/XP methodologies.
• For lead positions: demonstrated technical ownership and mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Active SC Clearance and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
