About the role

Join the Maintenance Team at Ibis London Canning Town and ensure the hotel operates smoothly for guests and staff. You will be a hands‑on problem solver, responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections to detect and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to reduce breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and safety checks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
