Manager, RTP Global Strategy & Business Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager to drive the global Real‑Time Payments (RTP) strategy. You will translate high‑level strategy into actionable plans, coordinate execution across regions and functions, and ensure alignment between product, market priorities, and go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and refinement of the RTP global strategy, including market prioritisation and initiative roadmaps.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear execution frameworks and artefacts for regional and functional teams.
• Provide thought‑leadership on cross‑border payments, identifying ecosystem dynamics, key players and emerging models.
• Identify gaps and partnership opportunities across initiatives such as remittances, corridors, and settlement/FX considerations.
• Enable business execution and portfolio coordination, ensuring alignment between strategy, product, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Partner with Product, Commercial and Regional teams to support market readiness, customer engagements and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic analysis, business cases and senior leadership decision materials.
• Support cross‑functional coordination across Product, Technology, Legal, Operations and Markets.
• Monitor execution progress, risks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global strategy development and business enablement.
• Strong understanding of real‑time and cross‑border payments ecosystems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, commercial and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
