Marketing Manager

About the role

A growing company with a diverse portfolio of clients across several sectors is looking for an experienced, commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead and develop its marketing function. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Oversee digital marketing, including website content, email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing metrics.
• Create and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective return on investment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and produce and review marketing content and promotional materials.
• Support the organisation of events, exhibitions and networking activities, and manage and develop junior marketing team members where applicable.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets and external suppliers.
• Marketing qualification or degree desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and website management.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and produce reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
• Project management, organisational and commercial awareness, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
