Member Concierge – Luxury Health Club

About the role

Third Space is opening a new luxury health club at Paternoster Square and is looking for enthusiastic Member Concierges to deliver an exceptional experience for its members. As the first point of contact, you will embody the brand’s high‑service standards and help create a welcoming, premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, handling enquiries with a five‑star service mindset.
• Manage member check‑ins, bookings, and access to club facilities.
• Assist with early‑morning and late‑evening shifts, ensuring smooth operations from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and occasional duty‑management duties.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle demanding members.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player.
