Mortgage Administrator – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our fast‑growing mortgage brokerage in London. Working closely with a team of Mortgage Advisers, you will ensure a smooth end‑to‑end client journey from application to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Process and track cases across multiple lenders, ensuring timely progress.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and insurers to gather required information.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Chase outstanding requirements and resolve any delays.
• Review mortgage offers and lender correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Support advisers with diary management and general administration tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage application process.
• Experience dealing with lenders, solicitors and clients.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
