Mortgage Paraplanner – Remote £30k + Bonus

About the role

Join a successful boutique mortgage and property finance brokerage as a Mortgage Paraplanner. The position is primarily remote with occasional meet‑ups in London, offering the chance to develop technical mortgage expertise and work on complex, specialist and international cases.

Key responsibilities

• Support mortgage cases from fact‑find through to application and completion, working closely with experienced brokers.
• Research lenders, products and mortgage criteria to inform recommendations.
• Complete affordability assessments and conduct detailed case research.
• Review fact‑find documents, identify missing information and obtain additional data.
• Prepare and package mortgage applications and liaise with lenders, clients and third parties.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records throughout the process.

Required profile

• Experience in Mortgage Administration, Case Management or Mortgage Paraplanning.
• Good understanding of the mortgage application process and case submissions.
• Knowledge of lender criteria and affordability assessments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach; CeMAP qualification or progress towards it is advantageous but not essential.
