Multi-Site General Manager – West London

About the role

Blank Street is seeking a dynamic Multi‑Site General Manager to lead its West London locations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and matcha experiences while driving operational excellence across multiple stores.

Key responsibilities

• Own every drink that leaves the store, ensuring consistent quality.
• Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house environments.
• Lead shifts by actively supporting the team where needed.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high‑potential talent.
• Train baristas to become exceptional brand ambassadors.
• Foster a connected, engaged team through events and a welcoming culture.
• Design shift schedules, balance labour productivity with demand, and manage inventory, ordering, and waste.
• Identify and execute tactical levers to boost store sales.
• Drive rollout of new initiatives, communicate the “why” and “how,” and collaborate with Operations Management and HQ on pilots.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience leading operations in high‑growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to build, train, and lead a team from the ground up.
• Strong P&L understanding, including labour planning and inventory management.
• Hands‑on, action‑oriented approach.
• Genuine passion for coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences.
