About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh as a Night Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving overnight, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth stay.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs during night shifts.
• Complete the nightly audit accurately and on time.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the front‑office area, ensuring it is tidy and operational.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve any guest concerns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar front‑desk or night‑reception role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time‑management abilities.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a night‑shift team.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
