Part‑time Cleaner – 20 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Part‑time Cleaner to join our team at the Thales site in Templecombe. Working 20 hours per week, you will help maintain a clean, safe and well‑presented environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain equipment, work areas and communal spaces in line with agreed service level agreements.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment while following Health & Safety guidelines.
• Complete all mandatory training and adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to improve standards.

Required profile

• Basic ability to read and communicate in English.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Honest, self‑driven, reliable and hardworking.
• Willingness to undertake training and follow safety procedures.
