Part‑time Sport Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sport Advisor to join our Decathlon store team in the UK. You will combine your passion for sport with customer‑focused retail work, helping shoppers find the right equipment and enjoy a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable advice on sports products, drawing on personal experience and product training.
• Assist customers both in‑store and online, supporting Decathlon’s omnichannel strategy.
• Manage stock levels, price items and ensure attractive merchandising so products are easy to locate.
• Collaborate with fellow sales assistants, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and covering busy periods such as weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sport and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers.
• People‑oriented, willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service.
• Good communicator and problem‑solver, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
