About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time waiting staff to join our Toby Carvery team in Shiremoor. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dining area.
• Assist with table turnover and ensure a tidy environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly attitude.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
