About the role

Join a vibrant hotel health club where you will combine fitness expertise with hospitality excellence. As a Personal Trainer you will create memorable, personalised experiences for guests and members, helping them achieve their health goals while embodying the warm spirit of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalised service to members and hotel guests.
• Run scheduled fitness classes and provide one‑to‑one coaching.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support membership growth, handling enquiries and club tours.
• Organise and lead induction programmes and personal training sessions for new members.
• Address member issues promptly, escalating unresolved matters to a supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the health club and spa.
• Support club reception and operational tasks as needed.
• Contribute to promotional planning and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Strong swimming ability (essential requirement).
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Club Manager and sales team.
• Proactive problem‑solving and effective communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety policies and respect for member privacy.
