PMO Analyst – Talent Acquisition Technology Programme

About the role

This position provides programme‑level planning, governance and performance support to the Programme Leader of a large‑scale Talent Acquisition technology transformation. Working in a hybrid environment across Sunbury‑on‑Thames and Canary Wharf, you will ensure delivery transparency and coordinate agile squads, workstreams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct PMO support to the Programme Leader for planning, governance and reporting.
• Maintain the integrated programme plan across multiple workstreams and agile squads.
• Track delivery progress, milestones, dependencies and inter‑squad impacts.
• Own programme‑level RAID management, action tracking and escalation.
• Produce senior‑level reports for Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and IT governance forums.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting and vendor charge management.
• Coordinate inputs from Squad Leads, Product Owners, IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure programme artefacts meet enterprise IT governance and assurance requirements.
• Support delivery of Workday Recruiting optimisation, AI‑enabled capabilities and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a PMO or programme support role within IT delivery programmes.
• Experience supporting large and complex technology transformation programmes.
• Exposure to agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience supporting HR, Talent Acquisition or Talent technology programmes.
• Strong planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise IT delivery environments.
