About the role

MERJE is recruiting a Pricing Manager for a well‑known General Insurance client. The role blends deep technical pricing and modelling work with people‑management responsibilities, driving data‑science innovation across the pricing function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical pricing models for general insurance products.
• Lead, mentor and up‑skill a team of pricing analysts.
• Identify and implement data‑science techniques to improve pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product and finance teams to align pricing strategy.
• Ensure pricing decisions comply with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical pricing or modelling within insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven solutions.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
