About the role

Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Year 2‑6 supply teachers for primary schools across Hampshire. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day teaching assignments that can be full‑time, part‑time or occasional, with immediate start dates available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for Year 2‑6 pupils in a variety of primary school settings.
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and timetables.
• Provide minimal planning and marking for short‑term assignments.

Required profile

• Previous experience teaching Year 2‑6 classes.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptability and confidence in varied school contexts.
• Proactive, professional attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development.
