Private Patient Coordinator – GP & Health Centre

About the role

We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and patient‑focused Private Patient Coordinator to join our prestigious private GP and health clinic in Marylebone. This front‑of‑house position combines reception duties, clinical coordination and high‑level administration to ensure a seamless, five‑star experience for private patients from first contact through follow‑up care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism and clear communication.
• Manage patient flow, waiting areas and clinic schedules to keep appointments running on time.
• Coordinate bookings, referrals, health‑screening reports and clinical notes for GPs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and databases.
• Process invoices, billing and correspondence with consultants, hospitals and insurers.

Required profile

• Previous front‑of‑house or receptionist experience in a GP practice or health centre.
• Excellent communication and five‑star customer service skills, both face‑to‑face and via phone/email.
• Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence working independently in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating early and late shifts on a rota basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
