Project Manager – Field Based (UK Leisure & Entertainment)

About the role

This is a field‑based Project Manager position within a leading UK leisure and entertainment brand. You will oversee product implementation projects across a national estate, coordinating refurbishment, installation, relocation and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multiple refurbishment, installation, relocation and rollout projects across a UK‑wide portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of five field‑based Engineers / Project Technicians.
• Manage suppliers, contractors and key stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, capital expenditure and ensure financial compliance.
• Coordinate technical surveys, project documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Previous line‑management experience leading field‑based or operational teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, gaming, data centre, telecoms, technology deployment or similar operational project environments is highly relevant.
