Project Manager

About the role

The Health Board is seeking a Project Manager to join its Digital, Data & Technology Directorate. The role will support a major transformation programme aimed at improving healthcare services for patients and citizens across Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects delivering digital and data solutions.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to meet agreed objectives.
• Coordinate with clinical, technical and administrative stakeholders to ensure alignment with NHS standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and produce regular progress reports for senior leadership.
• Support change management activities to embed new technologies within the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in a healthcare or public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of NHS processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
