Senior IT Support Technician (French/English)

About the role

Convatec is seeking a bilingual Senior IT Support Technician to provide first‑ and second‑level assistance to its Home Service Group across the UK and France. The role involves both on‑site and remote support for public‑facing customer service teams and fast‑moving distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure at all HSG sites in the UK and France, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Provide prompt, friendly end‑user support through the Amcare/HSG service desk.
• Deliver application support, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to maximise effectiveness.
• Lead incident management, coordinating with suppliers and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Assist with technical project development, implementation, testing, and governance activities.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong ability to work with public‑facing teams and distribution centres.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the UK and France.
