About the role

Clearview Recruitment is partnering with several established lettings businesses across Edinburgh to recruit experienced property professionals. The agency is seeking candidates for a range of property management positions, from seasoned Property Managers to senior‑level roles.

Key responsibilities

• Managing residential property portfolios.
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
• Overseeing property compliance and inspections.
• Dealing with tenancy issues, queries and complaints.
• Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Working collaboratively with wider lettings and property teams.
• Senior‑level roles may include mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience within residential property management or lettings.
• Good knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and compliance.
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, professional and customer‑focused approach.
• ARLA Propertymark / LETWELL qualification is advantageous.
• HMO experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence may be required depending on the position.
