Quantity Surveyor – Office Fit Out London

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established design‑and‑build office fit‑out contractor in London. The position offers a hybrid working model, blending office, site and home‑based work, and provides exposure to both pre‑construction and live project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial management of office fit‑out projects
• Cost planning, budgeting and procurement
• Preparation and management of valuations and variations
• Sub‑contractor management and order placement
• Final accounts preparation and client negotiation
• Support pre‑construction estimating and tendering
• Manage multiple small works projects up to £200k in value

Required profile

• Experience in office fit‑out, interiors or refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial and pre‑construction knowledge
• Ability to handle small‑scale projects up to £200k
• Suitable for Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor roles
