Recruitment Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking IT Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our London office. This 360‑recruitment position involves developing new client accounts, building long‑term relationships, and expertly matching contract talent to client needs across the French and Belgian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new client accounts within the IT, Tech and Digital sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in France and Belgium.
• Source, screen and place contract/freelance candidates for technical roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting to placement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the team while working independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of 360‑recruiting experience in IT, Tech or Digital markets.
• Proven business‑development experience with French‑speaking clients.
• Fluent French and business‑level English.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and results‑driven.
