About the role
JD Healthcare is seeking a proactive Human Resources Administrator to join its People Team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. Based on Harley Street, you will act as a central point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line HR support to employees and managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support onboarding, inductions and employee lifecycle administration.
- Assist with absence management and HR reporting.
- Coordinate HR meetings and documentation.
- Support recruitment and broader People Team initiatives.
Required profile
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Confidence using HR systems.
