About the role

Fawkes & Reece are expanding their London office and are seeking motivated Recruitment Consultants to join a leading specialist firm in construction, civil engineering and the built environment. You will work with top‑tier clients, develop candidate pipelines and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and place talent across construction, civil engineering and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed sales and placement targets on an uncapped commission basis.
• Provide market insight and advisory support to clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and drive business development.
