French‑Speaking Recruitment Specialist – EMEA Campus Hiring

About the role

This position leads EMEA campus recruitment for a globally recognised investment firm, focusing on early‑career talent across France, the UK and the wider region. You will partner directly with front‑office stakeholders such as quant researchers and traders to shape the pipeline of future investment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a high‑impact EMEA campus recruitment strategy.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with top‑tier universities across France, the UK and the broader EMEA area.
• Act as a credible ambassador for early‑career talent, promoting the firm’s brand.
• Partner with business units to ensure a strong, high‑quality candidate pipeline.
• Conduct insightful screening conversations with junior investment candidates.
• Deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience and coordinate interviews with precision.
• Provide clear market insights, reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor competitor hiring trends and emerging talent movements.

Required profile

• Proven campus recruiting experience within financial services, quantitative or technology environments.
• Established relationships with EMEA universities or ability to build them from scratch.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Comfort engaging with highly technical stakeholders and candidates.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and combines rigour with commercial instinct.
• Proactive mindset – creates momentum rather than waiting for it.
