Recruitment Consultant – Tech (AI/Robotics) – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join a fast‑growing tech recruitment business focused on AI, robotics, product and software engineering. The role is based in Manchester with a hybrid schedule and serves high‑value US tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle (360) recruitment for retained and contingent tech roles across AI, robotics, SaaS and engineering.
• Own and develop client relationships, delivering bespoke talent solutions.
• Execute targeted outreach using AI‑driven sourcing and workflow automation tools.
• Build and expand a specialist vertical in the US market, driving revenue and market presence.
• Maintain a warm desk while actively generating new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in technology sectors such as AI, robotics, engineering or product.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable handling high‑value, specialist placements and meeting billing targets.
• Driven, focused and results‑oriented with a passion for tech talent.
