Recruitment Manager – Lead 360 Desk in Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our 360 desk within the Industrial division at our Leeds head office. You will drive business development, manage client and candidate relationships, and mentor a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a full‑cycle recruitment desk, from prospecting new business to closing placements.
• Identify and win new client accounts, negotiate terms and fulfil recruitment needs.
• Establish yourself as a market expert by cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop a personal brand through content creation, networking and platform presence.
• Implement strategic business‑development approaches using both candidate‑led and client‑led techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role with a proven track record.
• Successful experience managing a team.
• Strong business‑development skills and ability to grow key accounts.
• Highly motivated, financially driven and eager to progress quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable managing senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Passion for thriving in a high‑performance environment.
