Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Early in recruitment career with hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing and qualification.
• Exposure to data‑related or professional markets is desirable.
• Background in permanent recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence engaging with candidates.
• Holds a degree and is ambitious, coachable, and eager to build a long‑term recruitment career.
