Remote Data Scientist – Contract (10‑40 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team on a flexible contract basis. You will work remotely, dedicating 10 to 40 hours per week to turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets to ensure quality and readiness for analysis.
• Develop, validate, and implement statistical models that drive decision‑making.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Present findings through clear visualizations and reports tailored for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to design and deliver end‑to‑end data projects, from ideation to deployment.
• Continuously enhance analytical methods and automate data workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to handle and clean large, complex data sets.
• Experience building and validating predictive models.
