Remote E-Learning Developer (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote E‑Learning Developer to join a UK‑based creative learning company on a contract basis. You will transform source materials into engaging, interactive digital courses that leverage AI tools and modern learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and structure online learning modules within an LMS/LXP platform.
• Convert scripts, storyboards, presentations and activities into fully functional e‑learning content.
• Design and implement interactive elements such as knowledge checks, quizzes, branching logic and learner feedback.
• Integrate video, images, downloadable resources and other media assets, ensuring high‑quality presentation.
• Maintain consistency in formatting, pacing and user experience across all modules.
• Collaborate with the project team to guarantee technical soundness and intuitive navigation.

Required profile

• Structured thinker with a passion for AI‑enhanced learning.
• Experience in program management, operations, product or enablement is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality content on schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools to create interactive modules.
• Familiarity with integrating multimedia assets (video, images, PDFs).
• Comfort with AI tools for content creation and optimisation.
